Hi hi, friend!

My name is Sarah, and I’m a writer, poet, autistic human, and ex-social worker turned trauma-informed mentor & coach.

For the Birds is a place where creative nourishment thrives.

Here, you’ll discover writing that exists at the tender / weird / nuanced intersections of creativity, neurodivergence, and the more-than-human world.

I also host The Resiliency Circle, a gentle community space where we show up for our creativity in holistic ways.

Why holistic? Because creativity touches all of it: our sensitivities, our wounds, our gifts, and our deepest sense of self.
